Mallovo Classified is an online platform where users can post classified ads. While users can post up to two ads for free, additional listings require the purchase of a membership plan: Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Mallovo Classified, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
4. Account Registration
To post ads or use certain features, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Ad Posting
- Free Listings: Users can post up to two ads for free on Mallovo Classified.
- Paid Membership Plans: Users must purchase a membership plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) to post additional listings.
- Prohibited Content: Ads must not contain illegal, offensive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove any ad that violates our guidelines.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your ads.
6. Virtual Products
Users can also sell virtual products on our platform, including eBooks, online courses, educational resources, legal templates, digital marketing resources, digital art, plugins, extensions, and templates. All virtual products must be verified by our team before being listed for sale.
Sellers are required to submit necessary documentation via email for the virtual product to be eligible for selling. The verification process ensures that all listings comply with our standards and policies.
When a customer purchases a virtual product through Mallovo Classified by paying us directly, the seller will receive the funds in their specified bank account after 15 days of purchase through NEFT.
7. Paid Promotion Services
Mallovo Classified offers paid promotion services to increase the visibility of your ads:
- Mark as Premium: Highlight your ad as a premium listing.
- Highlight: Make your ad stand out with a special background color or font.
- Move to Top: Move your ad to the top of the listing page.
8. Payment Terms
Fees for paid promotion services are clearly listed on the website. All payments are due at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
9. User Responsibilities
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Mallovo Classified a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
Mallovo Classified is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to errors in listings, downtime, or unauthorized access to your account.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our interests.
12. Changes to Terms
Mallovo Classified may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Liability and Transaction Advice
Mallovoadd.com is a classified platform designed to connect users with vendors. We do not mediate or guarantee transactions between customers and vendors. Consequently, mallovoadd.com is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions conducted between users and vendors. Any issues related to transactions must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
Users who pay directly through our platform are eligible for a refund within 10 days of purchase. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
We advise against blindly trusting any party. Before making a transaction, thoroughly research the seller and consider dealing with local vendors. Never make a deposit into a bank account without first meeting the seller and signing a purchase agreement. Serious advertisers will not request a down payment before you meet in person. An email containing a scanned ID does not verify the sender’s identity; this should be confirmed in person when you sign the purchase agreement.
Our team will only take responsibility for products and services that customers pay for directly through our platform. If you need to request a refund or raise a dispute regarding a transaction, please contact us directly.
