  • Cancellation Rights: Users may cancel their membership plan at any time. If users contact us within 24 hours of payment, a full refund will be provided. Fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable after this period.
  • Access After Cancellation: After cancellation, the account will revert to a free listing status.

2. Cancellation of Paid Promotion Services

  • Eligible Services: Users may purchase paid promotion services, such as:
    • Mark as Premium: If the service does not perform as advertised.
    • Highlighting Ads: If the service fails to highlight the ad as intended.
    • Move to Top: If the ad does not appear at the top as promised.
    • Pay for Republishing: If the republished ad does not meet your expectations.
  • Cancellation Policy for Paid Services: Users can request cancellation of services within 24 hours of payment, and the amount will be refunded with no questions asked. After 24 hours, paid promotion services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Policy for Wallet Balance

  • Refundable Amounts: Amounts paid for wallet balance are refundable if customers contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests received after this period will not be honored.
